With a goal to achieving interdisciplinary and pragmatic learning in the field of HR, the HRD Department offers education in the theory and practice across the entire spectrum of HR, including opportunities to major in Employment & Vocational Competence Development Policy, HRD(Human Resource Development), HRM(Human Resource Management) & CVC(Career and Vocational Counseling). The Graduate School of Techno HRD is the only professional graduate school program in the field of Professional HR in Korea established on the philosophy of "Seeking Truth from Facts." We offer programs in HR, to contribute to promoting experts and establish an academic system in the field through training of HR experts and R&D.
